Bjork has confirmed the full details of her new album, which will be called "Volta".

The Icelandic pop star's sixth studio LP is out in May and is her first official release since 2004's "Medulla".

The album contains ten tracks, written and produced by Bjork, and features collaborations with Timbaland and Antony Hegarty, star of Antony & The Johnsons.

Bjork is scheduled to showcase material from the album at the Coachella Festival in California in April and the Glastonbury Festival in June.
