Again the Elektrisch Compilation combines the remixes of a lot of name bands in rare or exclusive remixes and also discovers new talent of the Electronic music scene.

The opener to this faszinating album is a true classic by ALPHAVILLE :
"To Germany with love", exclusively remixed for Elektrisch! 2 by Sebastian R.Komor from Canada. The Remix weaves 80`s elements into future electro sounds and makes this track a real club smasher!

CAMOUFLAGE `s great "We are lovers" from their recent album was remixed by Distain! And CLIENT `s "Zerox Machine" was reinterpreted by the faboulous MECHANICAL CABARET from London.

For the first time we realized Remix Cooperations between the artists such as MESH and MECHANICAL CABARET , who both remixed a track of eachother. A typical example for the broad range of Electronic music and artists on this compilation are also the remixes of GOLDFRAPP, ERASURE and DEINE LAKAIEN in rare and very clubby versions. Andy Bell of Erasure was responsible for the wonderful remix of GOLDFRAPP `s "Ooh la la" along with the remix stars of "The Manhattan Clique". UK`s electro queens CLIENT remixed the intense and spherical "Alle Fehler" by ex. Second Decay singer PURWIEN feat. WITT ... and sang some of the backing vocals!

The 2nd CD of this compilation contains remixes by some new bands of the scene such as
SCARLET SOHO (UK), NONO & MOTUS (D), CELLULOIDE (F), LOWE (S) or EDEN (IRL) and all time favourites like (:SITD:), PSYCHE, NEUROPA or TECHNOIR .
