Ships Have Sailed - Invisible Ink

"Invisible Ink" leans into the worst parts of love: betrayal, indifference, imbalance, loss and heartbreak. Somehow, there is as much beauty in all these things as there can be pain, and this song, created by (at the time) three strangers in a virtual room shines the light on that beauty.

"Although my collaborators and I had only just met when we wrote "Invisible Ink" we somehow found a place of extreme vulnerability to dig into that day. It was a magical experience in many ways and, although we loved the first version I produced of the song, we felt there were more layers to be uncovered there. After all, there are many ways to experience, express or process any sequence of emotions, so we felt it would be interesting to explore that musically, which led us to creating the three versions you can hear on this mini EP".
