Back with a reimagination of one of the most popular tracks Young Empress has released to date, Ghosts has now been remixed by the bands very own fan base. Hearing variations of this popular synthwave track has bought to life Ghosts in a whole new light.
Reaching out to their followers for inspiration, Young Empress collaborated with 4 fantastic new artists, all with a passion for electronic music. The works of ToneF, AUW, Mac Callister & 12.42 each bring something fresh to Ghosts that Young Empress have now compiled into a 4 track EP.
Breaking into new realms of dance and dreamwave stylings, this EP has been created not only to excite fans of the original track but also to raise funds for the mental health charity MIND. Young Empress will donate all of the proceeds to MIND as this synthwave duo are passionate about doing their bit to help look after the mental health of their fellow musicians after seeing so many artists on the scene going through tough times during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Robin and Rebecca say that ‘this is just a really creative way that we can give a little something back to a charity that has supported a lot of people we know during lockdown. We can raise a bit of money for a worthy cause and hopefully at the same time, release some exciting new music inspired by one of our all time favourite songs’.
The Human Leaugue couldn't announce anything before today but they are now very excited to confirm their collaboration with the amazing Purple Disco Machine on a 40th Anniversary edition of Don’t You Want Me.
