Eartha Kitt - Where Is My Man?

First released in 1983 and an instant hit for Eartha Kitt all over Europe. It??has often been re-released and remixed, like in 1993, 1994, 1998 and??2000.

In the 80's she also??had hits with other dance orientated songs such as "I Love Men" and "Cha Cha Heels". The latter one was a collaboration with Bronski Beat.

"Now in her fifth decade of making men nervous, Eartha Kitt still electrifies audiences with her one of a kind persona, peppering her flirty set with gold-digging songs about champagne, stretch limos, and pearls," said the Associated Press. "In an era when cabaret is mostly musty theater, Kitt?s shows are still fresh and vibrant."

Review of the Joe T Vanelli remix CD in 2000:

Eartha Kitt has sung in 10 different languages and in over 100 countries. This is 100% pure disco and is sure to get your feet tapping without you even realising it. The combination between Eartha Kitt and Joe T Vanelli is deadly - Disco King versus Dance Floor Diva. With a career spanning over five decades, one can safely say that Eartha Kitt has become a legend in her own lifetime.

Joe T Vannelli - the name has become synonymous with funky disco tunes all over the world, with releases on the Sharp label as well as 20 other big labels. This time he has teamed up with "the world's most exciting woman" (so says Orson Wells). This has given us a new flavour to the old classic Where Is My Man. Grrrrrrrr!
