With Bauhaus once again touring their incendary live show, this DVD is a reminder of how it was in the beginning. Containing the original Bauhaus promotional videos and live performances recorded at the Old Vic Theatre, London in 1982, the two programs were originally released seperately in the mid 1980's on (long out-of-print) VHS tapes.

Filmed live in front of a sold-out audience at Dalby Forest, Yorkshire, during a gorgeous summer's day in June 2005, comes a breathtaking performance from one of Britain's most enduring groups, The Beautiful South.

'The Beautiful South - Live In The Forest' released on DVD by demonVISION on November 21st, shows a rare and unique live performance from one of the most successful British bands with their much-loved melodic jazz-pop repertoire. Their Dalby Forest performance was one of six very special outdoor sold-out shows during the summer, where they played on greenfield sites around England, promoted by the UK Forestry Commission.

No strangers to the music charts, The Beautiful South have notched up countless hit singles, with their greatest hits album Carry On Up the Charts debuting at #1 and staying there for several months; the album became one of the most popular in UK music history.

The DVD features live performances of all the hits including 'Perfect 10', 'Rotterdam', 'Don't Marry Her' and 'A Song For Whoever'. In addition, fans are also treated to an exclusive interview with founder member Paul Heaton a behind the scenes featurette and a bonus track from the soundcheck.

Muscle and Hate - a Tribute to Nitzer Ebb

Sebastian R. Komor (Icon of Coil, Monofader, Moonitor) has decided to have a go at Nitzer Ebb’s classic back catalogue, together with XP8’s (which Sebastian Komor also produces) vocalist Paul Toohill recording classics such as "Violent Playground" and "Join in the Chant" and releasing them on Infacted Recordings. The cover tribute is scheduled for release on November 18.

Indie-esque group but signed to a major label (Sony), arrived on the music scene in 1996 and released 3 singles and 1 album. Haven't heard from them since the release of their last single in late 1996. Quite a shame because they made a big impression on me.
