Hello my friends. In the midst of some really horrifying events I hope that this new song brings you some joy. I've been fortunate enough to be friends with the incredible Ana Matronic of Scissor Sisters fame since 2012, and we've worked together many times. Her music and career have brought me many moments of joy over the decades since the Scissor Sisters' debut single, so it's a real honour to have her guest on this song and transform an 'Enjoy Youth' bonus track into a duet single.
'Cold Sweat, Hot Boys' is out now. I actually wrote it after dancing to one of her amazing DJ sets at Wet Noise, a night in New York that is a no phone on the dancefloor, old school ENJOY THE MUSIC party. It's SO joyous. I had such a great night dancing to her selections, I was on a high for the next day and I wrote this song about how she made me feel.
