HOWARD JONES will release a DVD of his celebrated 20th Anniversary concert, filmed in London in 2003, from March 4th in a series of staggered release dates according to country. The double disc package also features guest appearances from NENA, NICK BEGGS and MIDGE URE and photographs, interviews and additional material and will be released in the UK on March 28th.

KYLIE MINOGUE and NEW ORDER have both been confirmed as headline acts at the forthcoming Glastonbury Festival, with The White Stripes heading the third night. The festival will run from June 24th-26th. NEW ORDER are also rumoured to be headlining the V Festival in Chelmsford and Stafford on August 20th and 21st. The band will also be playing live at the forthcoming NME Awards in London on February 17th.

THE PROCLAIMERS are working on a new album for release later in 2005. The Scottish duo have also announced a live appearance at the Trowbridge Festival on July 23rd and are expected to announce more live shows from May onwards.

SWING OUT SISTER have added more dates to their upcoming UK tour. The duo will now be playing shows in Manchester, Leeds and Bristol in addition to their three-night run at London's Jazz Cafe.

JAPAN frontman DAVID SYLVIAN will release a remix album 'The Good Son vs The Only Daughter' this week. The album will feature a series of remixes of tracks from Sylvian's recent album 'Blemish'.

GARY NUMAN will release a new DVD 'Hope Bleeds' on march 7th. The live release was filmed in Manchester in 2003 and features an exlusive new track 'Jagged' which will appear on Numan's forthcoming album 'Jagged Halo' which will be released later this year.

FIVE STAR have announced a number of appearances throughout 2005.

THE CURE will continue their series of reissues in April with the release of expanded and remastered versions of 'Seventeen Seconds', 'Faith' and 'Pornography'. Each album has been remastered and features a vast range of additional tracks and alternate versions compiled by frontman ROBERT SMITH plus deluxe packaging featuring sleevenotes and rare and previously unseen photographs.

HEAVEN 17 mainman GLENN GREGORY is to release a special album ('Sound Echo Location') and DVD ('Vision Echo Location') package from his Honeyroot project on March 28th. 'Sound Echo Location' has been described as 'evocative soundscapes covering a wide range of styles from balearic breaks to trip hop. leftfield electronica and breaks...'.
