As we say goodbye to 2020, and welcome 2021 with open arms, Parralox rounds off the year with a new album - Holiday '20! This installment includes some classic chestnuts from our fave synth heroes: Scorpions, Erasure, A Flock of Seagulls, Alan Parsons Project, Doves, Marc Almond and Sparks.

Down By Law, the lead single from DREAM (the 4th mini-EP) from avant-pop auteurs Eutropic, is a glimpse into the unfolding dystopia of our modern day society. It's a challenging, open-ended meditation on the concept of free will.

Starry Sky is a song that speaks on our innate need to ponder the primal mystery. We ask questions that have no answers, it's in our nature to do so. The song starts off tightly coiled, full of mounting tensions and an almost foreboding bite. It eventually erupts into a detailed, almost blinding sonic painting of infinite pulsating astral bodies above, the world aflame. Wonder ensues. The realisation of our relative irrelevance in regards to the vastness of the space surrounding us eventually leads to a rapturous humility. The moment when you realise that you are a part of the infinite creation, ecstasy kicks in.

It's time again for another Jigsaw Sequence release. This time it is Lost and Found, another 80's inspired New Wave/New Romantic type ditty, hopefully tugging on the coat strings of all those fantastic 80's artists that came before us. There is an extended mix on this release, along with a new instrumental - Laughter and Tears.

The Kavinsky classic "Nightcall" receives a fitting tribute from two of the biggest names in retro synth music today, Essenger and NINA. 

Essenger’s consummate production brings in rich bass notes and shimmering melodies while NINA’s silky smooth vocals guide the song with humble finesse.
