Franz Ferdinand's new album will have a title, the band have now confirmed.

"You Could Have It So Much Better???With Franz Ferdinand" is the title of the Scottish art-rockers forthcoming LP, ending months of speculation.

Initially the group claimed the record, like their debut, would be untitled, with a fresh sleeve design to differentiate between their Mercury Prize winning first album.

Speaking to MTV on the set of the video shoot for their new single "Do You Want To" in New York City, Kapranos explained the group's change of heart.

"We were sitting around, putting together the running order for all the songs on the album, and one of us said, 'Ah, it's a shame we didn't give the album a title.' And we thought, 'Well, we haven't released it yet. Why not give it a title?' So, that's what we did," he said.

"You Could Have It So Much Better???With Franz Ferdinand" is released on October 4.

About Nouvelle Culture

Band members:
Jacky: Male vocals, Programming, Music, Lyrics.
LADYbionic : Female charmed vocals, Lyric's muse.
Lord Ruthwen: Lyrics, Ears, Music-support.
??
Jacky started using machines with his debut line-up called "Fusion Fatale",??a electronic-cult band from Marseille with "Martin Dupont" and "Academie". In 1988 he created "Nouvelle Culture" using machines and computers, the band gave many live performances using romantics and sexy images and finally touched the top with the additional vocals of LADYbionic. They called it the "Man Ray period".

The band is again on the way to give live performances, sounds, emotional lyrics and??fading pictures... like the title of their album. The sound of Nouvelle Culture is a mix of the music they heard since the 80's. LADYbionic gives again and again a sexy touch with her particular additional vocals on many tracks. She's still the muse of their lyrics.

In 2003 the band??returned with a track called "Shadows" on the sampler "Synthétique". It's now the hymn of the band . A cover of the Boytronic's hit "Forever" appears on the "Tribute to Boytronic" that same year. In 2004, Lord Ruthwen joins the band and brings his vision of the music through his DJ experience and gives another feeling to the lyrics.

New-Wave, Electro, Neo-Romantism, Pop... yes , but always Techno-Pop.
That's Nouvelle Culture...Music made with machines... but not by machines.
